The ALU-GARD is an excellent alternative security door screening solutions for all types of Australian conditions. Alu-gard is made of a perforated aluminium sheet and retained in an extruded aluminium frame. This give your a rather unobstructed view of the outside while maintaining it’s “strenght” profile. Because it’s aluminium, it is also very resistant to corrosion, so it looks great and stays strong. In fact, the aluminium is so strong that it meets Australian Standards AS5041-2003 for hinged security doors, passing the tests for Knife Shear, Dynamic Impact and Jemmy.
